Research/Areas of Interest:

My project investigates DNA damage tolerance mechanisms, specifically the error-free template switching pathway. I am investigating the DNA repair protein REV1 and its interactions with structure specific nucleases at site of replication fork disruption and whether these stalled forks may give rise to reversed forks prone to DNA double strand breaks.
