Named Lectureships

students attending a seminar

Many graduate programs and departments host special lectures each year, often named in honor of a former faculty member.  These lectures bring outstanding scientists to our campus and often include special opportunities for students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty to interact with the speakers. Each lectureship is typically held within a specific month of the year, with the precise time being announced early in each academic year.
