I am exploring the role of sphingolipids in Epstein-Barr Virus-mediated B-cell transformation by leveraging chemical genetics and systems biology techniques. This study aims to elucidate the mechanistic pathways involving sphingolipids during EBV-induced oncogenesis and identify potential therapeutic targets by integrating high-throughput screening, multi-omics and biochemical analysis.
