Research/Areas of Interest:
Our research portfolio involves examining health disparities in populations including people with HIV, people who use drugs, and people who are detained in jail or prison. My dedication to justice-involved populations was first sparked in my pre-medical school employment as an HIV research coordinator and since that time I have remained fiercely devoted to understanding barriers to infectious disease healthcare in jails and partnering with stakeholders to find solutions. I am also interested in HCV care delivery in jails.
