Research/Areas of Interest
My project focuses on the metabolic interactions between the bacterial pathogen, Vibrio cholerae, and gut microbe Paracoccus aminovorans in biofilm. I am specifically studying the mechanism that causes the expansion of V. cholerae colonization in the presence of P. aminovorans within the gut.
