Research/Areas of Interest:
My work is focused on using electrophysiological methods in culture, slice, and in vivo to assay GABAergic transmission and inhibitory control in models of epilepsy. In collaboration with Ovid Therapeutics, I am also working to bring promising small molecule antiepileptic compounds to clinical trials.
