My current research experience focuses on patient safety and drug efficacy in clinical trials (Phases I and II). This past semester, I have worked with biomedical data, utilizing spatial transcriptomics data to detect tissue cancerous regions. My area of interest is the connection of biomedical data science with clinical trials utilizing computational and statistical approaches.
