Notable GSBS Alumni Project
Celebrating the achievements of GSBS alumni and their contributions to biomedical science
Since our founding in 1980, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences has provided exemplary education, training and inspiration to change-makers in biomedical science, and a host of related fields.
With forty years of shared history—the youthful end of middle age—the GSBS has a great deal to celebrate, including valuable contributions by alumni in diverse professional arenas. Notable GSBS Alumni is a new initiative created by and for the GSBS community to honor our own, and share their accomplishments with the world.
Notable GSBS Alumni will be nominated by alumni and friends, and selected by a committee of GSBS alumni, faculty and students. We seek to honor the full diversity of alumni achievements across the multitude of professional avenues where these graduates contribute.
The deadline to nominate a GSBS alum is March 31, 2022, with honorees announced in Spring 2022. Self-nominations are welcome.
In June 2022, our first slate of honorees will be invited to participate in a panel discussion to talk about their training, work, and hopes for the future of biomedical science.
We hope you’ll join us to celebrate the many ways that GSBS alumni are serving the world and expanding the horizons of biomedical science.
