Jacqueline Garcia and Garrett Scarpa have received F31 Fellowships from NIH
GSBS warmly congratulates Jacqueline Garcia and Garrett Scarpa on their receipt of F31 fellowships from the NIH.
Jacqueline is a PhD student in the GMCB program and is training under the guidance of Chris Dulla. Her fellowship is entitled "Investigating Astrocytic Glutamate and Potassium Dynamics in the Healthy and Injured Brain".
Garrett is a PhD student in the Neuroscience program and is training under the guidance of Jamie Maguire. His fellowship is entitled “Early life stress impacts molecular and network properties that bias the recruitment of pro-stress BLA circuits”.
