GSBS Congratulates Maria Zambrano on her Successful F31 Application
Maria has received an NIH fellowship to support her training
GSBS is excited to share the news that Maria Zambrano, a PhD student doing her thesis research in Pilar Alcaide's lab has been awarded an NIH F31 fellowship.
Maria is a member of the Immunology PhD program. Her fellowship supports her work chemotherapy-induced heart failure and is entitled "Cardiac fibroblast MHCII contribution to cardiac pathophysiology in Doxorubicin cardiomyopathy".
