Dean's Message - July 18, 2022

Dear GSBS Community,

Last Friday saw one of our most treasured GSBS traditions: the annual Relays. First started by Ira Herman (a runner himself), Relays have been a GSBS highlight for more than 25 years, pitting programs against each other in friendly competition and offering food, drink, and fun. Congratulations to the winning team, Team MD/PhD! 

In addition to the spirit of competition and the chance to socialize across programs, Relays provide an opportunity for our community to donate to the Student Enrichment Fund, which provide money for student travel to scientific meetings. I was pleased to see so many of our faculty contribute to the Fund this year, as well as many alumni. Contributions to the Student Enrichment Fund are a wonderful way for graduates to support current students and stay engaged with GSBS.
