My laboratory, based at The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine, has focused on consequences of neuroinflammation as it relates to neurodegenerative disease. We are particularly interested in developing better models for human dementia with a focus on Alzheimer's disease, non-Alzheimer's dementia and glaucoma.
