The Clinical Research Division offers two certificate programs, an in-person Certificate in Clinical & Translational Research and an online Introduction to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
Certificate Program in Clinical & Translational Science
The Certificate in Clinical & Translational Science is for individuals interested in clinical research who are unable to devote two years of full-time study to obtain the MS degree. This program involves classroom work and is compatible with a part-time commitment of one academic year of study.
Certificate in Health Economics and Outcomes Research
The Introduction to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Certificate is an online program. HEOR informs health care decision-making by allowing stakeholders, especially payers, health care providers, and patients, to understand the clinical, economic, and quality of life endpoints of various treatments and health care practices. This certificate provides an introduction to HEOR.
