Yersinia pseudotuberculosis employs T3SS effectors known as Yops to dampen host immune response, including neutrophil activity. I will be specifically describing which neutrophil functions are targeted by YopO. After identifying these functions, I will focus on establishing the signaling pathways that YopO disrupts.
