Research/Areas of Interest

My research covers a broad range of studies on cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular disease risk factors in CKD. In many studies, serum samples have been stored and are available for analysis. I am working on a series of projects relating cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular disease risk factors to the level of kidney function. I also have an interest in cognition and chronic kidney disease, as well as aging and chronic kidney disease.
