Message from Your GSC - March 1, 2021
Hello GSBS!
Your GSC is excited to announce that the Relays 2021 academic point submission is NOW LIVE! Since we did not have relays in 2020, we are accepting publications, conferences, awards etc. that happened between last relays and now. That means anything from 7/19/19 is eligible to be scored! We have adjusted some of the rules for scoring points so be sure to check them out at the link below.
New to this year, we have included a fourth academic event: extracurricular activities. We know that a lot of you have been hard at work in clubs, committees, and other organizations, and we want to reward that. If you have attended a club activity or volunteering activity, or sit on a committee at Tuft, you are eligible for points! Cash in on those endless Zoom meetings and submit for Relays points at the link below.
Finally, I’m sure many of you are wondering whether or not we will have an in-person Relays this summer. At this point, we still don’t know what the situation regarding the pandemic will be, so we don’t have an answer for you. We are currently planning for a virtual Relays (virtual events that take place over a week) in late July or early August with the possibility of having some events in-person if we are able to do it safely following guidelines from the CDC, MA, and Tufts. We will know as we get closer to the summer and as more and more people are vaccinated.
