Research/Areas of Interest:
I am working to understand if the modification of chimeric antigen receptor T cells kills glioblastoma stem cells by targeting EGFR receptors when they are used as cancer immunotherapies. I am also using checkpoint inhibitors on different cell lines to prevent molecules/proteins from binding thereby enhancing their killing ability.
