Research/Areas of Interest:
My research investigates the relationship between GABAA receptors and Fragile X syndrome (FXS) using a murine model of the disease. To explore the role of GABAA-mediated tonic inhibition in FXS, I study GABRA4 localization and dendritic spine morphology in cultured hippocampal neurons.
