Research/Areas of Interest:
I am investigating pairs of drugs and sensitizer compounds as part of a drug interaction screen in laboratory and clinical isolates of ESKAPE pathogens (including Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). In particular, I am looking to identify pairs of drug and sensitizer compounds that work synergistically when these pathogens are grown under a variety of stress conditions experienced during infection.
