Research/Areas of Interest:

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic inflammatory joint disorder characterized by cartilage damage, synovitis, and pain. Various immune cells are involved in OA inflammatory microenvironment, among which macrophages are the most abundant. They can interact with other cells, such as T cells, to promote OA progression. I am investigating the role of Wnt in osteoarthritis, with a focus on synovial inflammation and macrophages. My research may lead to a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of OA.
