Settling in to our current "normal" routine can be a challenge. Check out the resources available from the Student Wellness Committee.

As we settle into our new normal of working from home and remote learning, we are all beginning to find a routine and activities that work best. With the weather expected to improve this week, I hope everyone takes the opportunity to get outside, take walks and spread their wings a bit. However, keep them spread and practice good social distancing.

The Student Wellness Advisory Committee, with Catherine Choi as the GSBS representative, has a number of recurring events each week. They include a step challenge, a pop-up dance and Tai Chi. I encourage everyone to take advantage of these and other virtual social and wellness activities as listed below. We will also post in The Goods any virtual seminars, webinars and other professional development activities as they are planned.

I continue to hold my open office hours via Zoom each day at 3pm. While some students stop in with specific questions, others drop by just to say hi and have a conversation. I have to admit, I enjoy both, as I miss seeing students on a regular basis. Please let me know how you are doing, if you have any issues or just want to talk.

Stay healthy, Dan
