New Cultural Awareness for Career Success Events are Coming Soon

Two Cultural Awareness for Career Success (CACS) events are upcoming in January and February.

On January 30, CACS will present a panel discussion entitled "Faith Awareness in the Lab, the Workplace, and Beyond".

Tufts University Chaplains Rabbi Naftali Brawer, Jennifer Howe Peace, and Abdul-Malik Merchant will discuss the importance of faith awareness and offer suggestions for being inclusive and accepting to those of different faiths. They will also answer questions from the audience. Dinner will be provided.

On February 13, CACS will present "Exploring the Cultural Diversity of Boston's Chinatown".

Dean Daniel Jay and MD/PhD student Joshua Man will lead a walk through Boston's Chinatown, exploring culturally significant locations and discussing the history of the area. The walk will last approximately an hour and a half, and will end with a traditional Chinese banquet.

Preregistration for the CACS Chinatown program is required and expected to fill soon so register today.

Registration closes on February 10 at noon.
