Sackler programs, such as the upcoming Career Expo, appeal to students on revisit day.
Jaharis Building in the spring

Dear Sackler Community,

Last Thursday we had our first revisit day for 12 accepted applicants from multiple programs and it was a big success. It provided an opportunity to showcase who we are and the rich collaborative nature of our school. The talks and posters were a highlight demonstrating our many areas of scientific strength and the presentation skills of our students. This current group asked about teaching and outreach and were pleased that we now provide training in teaching via CELT that will commence in a few weeks. Also, our school-wide efforts in career exploration and development was appealing and believe that all these factors will help us recruit many of them. One upcoming example of career exploration will occur at the Health Science Campus Career Expo on March 26th at the Doubletree Hotel on Tremont Street in which over 20 employers from industry and government agencies will be present to provide information. See the website for more information and please RSVP by Wednesday, March 20.
