Yesterday was the 162nd Commencement for Tufts, and Sackler was well represented. Here is the first paragraph of my first commencement address.

What a wonderful day! And I use that word for it's true meaning. Today is a day filled with wonder for the 58 graduates of the Sackler School who have achieved their PhD, MD/PhD or Masters degrees this year and we honor them today. It is a day of wonder for the friends and family that have supported you in your journeys, with love and encouragement. It is a day filled with wonder for our school to revel in your success and appreciate our faculty and staff who have helped in your achievement. It is a day of wonder for our nation, and the world as each of you embarks in the excitement of the biomedical revolution in which you will make your contribution.
