Be sure you know about the changes coming in COVID policies. Attend the upcoming town meeting on March 10.

Dear GSBS Community,

Two years ago this week, the University announced we would began shifting work and classes to a hybrid format. Eventually, hybrid became fully remote, initially for a few weeks, then months. In the very early stages of the pandemic, when we did not have any infected community members, we certainly didn’t think we would still be dealing with COVID restrictions two years later. It is great to see that we seem to be past the Omicron surge and ready to move to a “new normal”.

An e-mail went out early last week to the Boston community detailing how testing and mask requirements will be modified over the next month. Dan Jay, Linden Hu and Michael Jordan will hold a town hall to discuss these changes this Thursday, March 10 at 11 am in Behrakis Auditorium. The session will also be available via Zoom. Details are below.

Even as we move toward further easing of COVID restrictions, the tragic situation in Ukraine has an impact on us all. I encourage everyone to support each other through this crisis, especially those who have family or friends directly affected. As noted in an e-mail last week, I am available to meet with students who wish to discuss their situation or may need to discuss accommodations. Student Wellness and Talk One2One are also available for support.
