Research synopsis:

I completed my PhD in Immunology under the direction of Stephen Bunnell.

I studied the way antigen recognition by the T cell receptor (TCR) leads to the activation of T-cells. I used dynamic live-cell imaging techniques to understand the relationship between TCR-proximal signaling events and these 'effector' functions with a focus on understanding how the adaptor proteins ADAP and SKAP55 function within SLP-76 microclusters.

I am now completing the third year of medical school.
