Research synopsis:

I focused on developing an understanding of the mechanisms driving hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), both cell-intrinsic and extrinsic. Specifically, I worked on generating and analyzing sequencing data across different mouse models of HCM and human patient samples to identify common pathways that are perturbed in HCM. By exploring these pathways, we hope to identify novel therapeutic targets or strategies.
