Research synopsis:

My research involves identifying novel interactions between multi-order combinations of drugs used to treat tuberculosis, with a goal of shortening TB treatment times and identifying novel mechanisms of action of these drugs. I am using computational, machine learning-based approaches to interrogate dose-response parameters determined in vitro in order to identify these interactions.
