Message from Your GSC - April 22, 2024

Dear GSBS Community,

Last week started with some beautiful weather on Patriots Day and an amazing energy in the city from the Boston Marathon. Whether you were cheering, running, or passing the crowds during your daily commute, we hope that you were able to enjoy the extra day and the people it brought to Boston!

Believe it or not, we are far along in this academic year and the miles we have left are quickly shrinking. Save the date for Relays happening on July 19th (rain date July 26th) on Field F in Medford! Keep an eye out for more information in the upcoming weeks.

In the meantime, please consider attending the FINAL session of our pizza and movie series this Wednesday from 4-6 PM in Jaharis 508. We will be watching Copenhagen, a movie about the development of the first nuclear weapons during World War II.

Please keep an eye out for an off-campus end-of-the-year event hosted by GSC to take place in early summer! The event location and details will be provided before May and we will be selling tickets throughout the month.

Finally, congratulations to all students who submitted fellowships in the past year! Many students received impressive scores and we are excited for updates on future funding.
